一.低烟无卤控制屏蔽电缆适用于额定电压600/1000V及以下低烟无卤要求的电力系统或控制及监控回路中。

一、 Low smoke and halogen-free control shielded cables are suitable for power systems or control and monitoring circuits with low smoke and halogen-free requirements for rated voltages of 600/1000V and below.

二、 Main technical indicators

1 导体直流电阻符合GB/T3956的规定。

1. The DC resistance of the conductor complies with the provisions of GB/T3956.

2 90℃绝缘电阻常数不小于3.6M.Ωkm,体积电阻率不小于1012Ω.Cm。

The insulation resistance constant at 2 90 ℃ shall not be less than 3.6M Ω km, and the volume resistivity shall not be less than 1012 Ω Cm。

3 电缆均应经受3.5KV交流电压试验，5min绝缘不击穿。

All three cables should undergo a 3.5KV AC voltage test with insulation without breakdown for 5 minutes.

三.使用特性

1 电缆长期允许工作温度90℃。

The long-term allowable working temperature of the cable is 90 ℃.

2 电缆敷设温度应不低于0℃，推荐弯曲半径：

The temperature for cable laying should not be lower than 0 ℃, and the recommended bending radius is:

WDZN-KYJYP无卤低烟屏蔽控制电缆：有铠装和屏蔽结构的电缆其弯曲半径不小于电缆外径的12倍。其它结构电缆其弯曲半径不小于电缆外径的6倍。

WDZN-KYJYP halogen-free low smoke shielded control cable: The bending radius of cables with armor and shielding structure shall not be less than 12 times the outer diameter of the cable. The bending radius of other structural cables shall not be less than 6 times the outer diameter of the cable.
