Product features and uses

　　本产品为高压卷筒圆电缆适用于交流额定电压6/10KV料场、码头、矿山、港口的堆取料机及港机上变压器连接用高压圆电缆，导体采用镀锡软芯结构，导体绝缘采用进口硅橡胶绝缘材料，电缆具有耐高温、耐寒、耐油、耐腐蚀、防油、耐磨等特性。产品广泛用于冶金、矿山、电力、石油化、船舶工业、港口及移动设备制造等行业。

This product is a high-voltage drum round cable suitable for connecting the stacker reclaimer and transformer on the AC rated voltage of 6/10KV material yards, docks, mines, and ports. The conductor adopts a tinned soft core structure, and the insulation of the conductor uses imported silicone rubber insulation material. The cable has characteristics such as high temperature resistance, cold resistance, oil resistance, corrosion resistance, oil resistance, and wear resistance. The product is widely used in industries such as metallurgy, mining, electricity, petrochemicals, shipbuilding, ports, and mobile equipment manufacturing.

使用特性：

Usage characteristics:

1、额定电压：UO/U为0.6/1KV；

1. Rated voltage: UO/U is 0.6/1KV;

2、电缆允许工作温度范围：硅橡胶绝缘-60℃— +180℃；氟塑料绝缘-60℃－ +200℃；

2. The allowable working temperature range of cables: silicone rubber insulation -60 ℃ -+180 ℃; Fluoroplastic insulation -60 ℃ -+200 ℃;

3、电缆短路时（***长持续间不超过5S）电缆导体的***高温度不超过250℃；

3. When the cable is short circuited (with a maximum duration of 5 seconds), the maximum temperature of the cable conductor shall not exceed 250 ℃;

4、电缆敷设温度应不低于- 20℃；

4. The cable laying temperature should not be lower than -20 ℃;

5、电缆***小弯曲半径为电缆小边长度的10倍；

5. The minimum bending radius of the cable is 10 times the length of the smaller side of the cable;
