卷筒用高压扁平电缆适用于交流额定电压6/10KV料场、码头的堆取料机及港机上变压器连接用高压扁平电缆，导体采用镀锡软芯结构，导体绝缘采用进口硅橡胶绝缘材料，电缆具有耐高温、耐寒、耐油、耐腐蚀以及柔软耐磨抗拉等特性，电缆可根据用户需要设计编制加入多芯控制电缆及光纤通讯即制成高压动力、多芯控制及光纤通讯组合扁平电缆。产品广泛用于电力、冶金、石油化工、矿山、水泥、船舶工业、港口及移动设备制造等行业。

High voltage flat cables for reels are suitable for connecting transformers on AC rated voltage 6/10KV material yards, docks, stacker reclaimers, and port machines. The conductor adopts a tin plated soft core structure, and the conductor insulation adopts imported silicone rubber insulation material. The cable has characteristics such as high temperature resistance, cold resistance, oil resistance, corrosion resistance, and soft wear resistance and tensile strength. 3、 Usage characteristics

1、交流额定电压：U0/U 6/10KV；zui高工作温度：180℃；***环境温度：固定敷设-60℃；

1. Rated AC voltage: U0/U 6/10KV; Maximum working temperature: 180 ℃*** Environmental temperature: Fixed installation -60 ℃;

2、电缆安装敷设温度应不低于-25℃。

1、成品电缆导体（R类）直流电阻符合GB3956规定；

3、成品电缆经受交流50HZ 15KV/5min电压试验不击穿。
