KFF 10 * 1.0 High Temperature Cable Full Name: Fluoroplastic Insulated Fluoroplastic Sheathed Control Cable KFF 10 * 1.0 High Temperature Cable is suitable for connecting wires of electrical instruments with AC rated voltage of 450/750V and below, as well as transmission lines of automatic control systems. Compared with ordinary plastic insulated control cables, it uses fluoroplastics for insulation, and has a higher heat resistance level than ordinary control cables. It has excellent properties such as oil resistance, waterproofing, wear resistance, corrosion resistance to gases, aging resistance, and non combustion. It is mainly suitable for special requirements such as mobile temperature resistance in industries such as metallurgy, power, and petrochemicals. KFF10 * 1.0 high-temperature cables have high chemical stability and resistance to chemical corrosion, as well as characteristics such as fire resistance, high temperature resistance, and flame retardancy. Therefore, they are widely used in the wire and cable industry. Special cables such as high-temperature resistant cables, flame retardant cables, and corrosion-resistant cables mostly use fluoroplastic materials as the outer sheath.

KFF 10*1.0高温电缆使用特性采用企业标准

The usage characteristics of KFF 10 * 1.0 high-temperature cable adopt enterprise standards

1、交流额定电压：U0/U为450/750V。

1. Rated AC voltage: U0/U is 450/750V.

2、电缆导体长期允许工作温度为：氟塑料外护层为200℃,

3、电缆的敷设温度应不低于：-20℃。

3. The laying temperature of cables should not be lower than:- 20 ℃.

4、电缆允许弯曲半径：无铠装层的电缆,应不小于电缆外径的6倍；有铠装层的电缆或带铜带屏蔽结构的电缆,应不小于电缆外径的12倍；有屏蔽层结构的软电缆,应不小于电缆外径的6倍。

4. Allowable bending radius for cables: For cables without armor layers, it should not be less than 6 times the outer diameter of the cable; Cables with armor layers or cables with copper tape shielding structures should not be less than 12 times the outer diameter of the cable; Flexible cables with shielding layer structure should not be less than 6 times the outer diameter of the cable.
