6 变频电缆特点分析变频调速技术关系到变频电机、变频电源和连接电缆,这段电缆长度并不很长,截面也不很大,绝缘性能属于电力电缆范畴,因为实际的工作频率为30~300 Hz,常简称为变频电缆。变频电缆作为电机与变频控制器的电力传输载体,由于传输功率大、传输频率变化时间短造就了它***的工作特点:1.脉冲电压对绝缘的影响大;2.电缆本体对外发射电磁波;3.中性线电流的叠加。这就要求电缆具有1.抑制高次谐波电压累加造成绝缘击穿;2.抑制高次谐波电流累加造成中性线过载;3.抑制高频电磁波对环境的污染三大问题。为了解决这三大问题就要求电缆具有1.对称的结构;2.良好的电磁屏蔽;3.增大中性线载流能力。一、由于需要对称得电缆结构,所以电缆芯数为3芯、3+1芯(其中一芯为同心导体结构——T)、3+3芯(3大3小结构)。二、由于需要良好的电磁屏蔽,所以该电缆须***金属屏蔽。三、由于需要增大中性线载流能力,所以建议该电缆中心线截面大于等于一半主线芯截面,zui好等于主线芯截面。

四、交流电压试验:电压应依次施加在每一根绝缘导体对其余导体和绕包金属层之间施加试验电压3500V/5min,绝缘应无击穿。试验应在环境温度下进行。
4、 AC voltage test: The voltage should be applied sequentially between each insulated conductor and the other conductors and the wrapped metal layer, with a test voltage of 3500V/5 minutes, and the insulation should be free of breakdown. The experiment should be conducted at ambient temperature.
